How long does it take to receive my jewelry?

Shipping is free for orders over €79.

The order will be shipped within 48 hours of payment and will be delivered to you by the courier within 2-3 business days.

What is your return policy?

You can return or exchange ordered items within 14 days of delivery by filling out the online return form. Once completed, you will receive an email with a receipt to print and include in the package.

Within 14 days of the return request, ship the order at your own expense to Milor Spa – Via dei Gracchi 35 – 20146 Milan, attaching the return request receipt.

Once we receive your package, we will send you a confirmation email of the refund, which you will receive within 14 days from the date the return is accepted.

How can I track my order?
