The goods will be prepared within 48 hours of payment confirmation, Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Once the order has been processed, you will receive it within 48 business hours.

Company closure days for Jewish holidays are excluded.

Free shipping for delivery in Italy

Milor collaborates with DHL and UPS for shipping orders to customers. It is possible to track the shipment through the carrier's website for both domestic and international orders.

You can return or exchange ordered items within 14 days of delivery by filling out the online return form.

Once completed, you will receive a receipt by email to print and include in the package.

After we receive your package, we will send you a confirmation email of the refund, which you will receive within 14 days from the date the return is accepted.

The products have not been used, worn, washed, or damaged; the identification tag is still attached to the products with the single-use seal; the products are returned in their original packaging.

If you have met all the required conditions, Milor will fully refund the price of the purchased products, with only the return shipping costs being your responsibility. Otherwise, the return cannot be accepted.

The accepted payment methods are Cash on Delivery, Credit Card, Shop Pay, PayPal, and Google Pay. It is also possible to use Bancontact, Bank Transfer, and Scalapay (to pay in three easy installments without interest).
